Christine's Cheesecakes opening brick-and-mortar retail store in Waite Park

WAITE PARK — Christine's Cheesecakes — long available only at select restaurants, festivals or by special order — is moving into a brick-and-mortar retail location in the Riverwood Mall.
Owner Christine Skoog plans to be open for Valentine's Day.
Skoog has been baking cheesecakes for nearly seven years, first out of Cafe Renaissance and currently out of Anton's Restaurant. Previously, catering orders or special orders had to be placed in advance, or customers could get treats from her stand at festivals and events or from restaurants offering her confections on their menus.
