Midtown Square is getting a face-lift. Here's what to expect with the remodel

ST. CLOUD — Midtown Square is getting a face-lift this spring. General Manager Ben Copperthite said exterior construction is expected to begin on the building's south side and wrap halfway around the east and west facades.
The first phase of the exterior renovation is expected to be completed in mid-June. Remodeling work will then move to the interior of the building, along with improvements to the parking lot and the remaining exterior walls, which is expected to be completed by September. Businesses inside the shopping center will be open during construction.
