Northfield students develop business, career skills in summer program

Imagine making a presentation to a panel of investors, asking for a loan for an innovative new business idea that you came up with in four days with a team of people you had never met before.
That’s exactly what more than 300 students, including Northfield High School's Jose Gonzalez Ramirez, Fatima Lazaro Bermudez, Danice Mendez Ascencio, Yailyn Moran Nieves and Armando Valdez did this summer during a week at BestPrep’s Minnesota Business Venture.
