St. Cloud, Minnesota community colleges among tops in U.S.

Minnesota has the second-best community college system in the country, behind South Dakota, according to metrics on cost and financing, education and career outcomes analyzed by WalletHub.
St. Cloud Technical & Community College and six others in the Minnesota State system ranked among the top 20 community colleges according to a report released Monday.
Alexandria Technical & Community College was the highest Minnesota institution on the list and ranked fourth.
