St. Cloud real estate company moving to Sauk Rapids

Parcel Real Estate has purchased land north of Dairy Queen in Sauk Rapids.
The company plans to build its headquarters at 507 N. Benton Drive. Its current address is 203 Cooper Ave. N in St. Cloud.
Real estate agent Tanner Nordlund told the Sauk Rapids City Council that Parcel Real Estate plans to include an office with a large glass garage door and a meeting room. Plans also include re-doing the parking lot and adding greenspace.
