Odam Medical Breaks Ground on New Healthcare Facility in Foley, MN,

Foley, MN – April 2, 2025 – Benton Economic Partnership, Inc. is pleased to announce that Odam Medical has officially broken ground on a new healthcare facility at 700 Penn Street in Foley, Minnesota. This exciting milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for the community and is set to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services to the growing population of Foley and surrounding areas.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 29, 2025, and was attended by City of Foley Councilmembers, Sarah Brunn, City of Foley Administrator, and other key community stakeholders. The ceremony celebrated the vision of Dr. Robert Larbi-Odam and his family as they expand Odam Medical’s presence in Benton County. Financial support for this important project has been provided by Frandsen Bank of Foley and Benton Economic Partnership, Inc.

The new 6,000 square-foot facility, expected to open in September 2025, will offer a range of healthcare services with a focus on providing timely, affordable, and individualized care to patients of all ages. Odam Medical’s purpose is to deliver medical care that is appropriate for each patient, recognizing the unique needs of individuals and families. With a commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of the community, the new location will provide patients with convenient access to comprehensive family medicine services, preventive care, and wellness programs.

Dr. Robert Larbi-Odam, who has been practicing in Minnesota since 2005, graduated from the Family Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School Family Medicine Program. He is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care in a supportive and compassionate environment. Odam Medical currently has locations in Crystal, Saint Cloud, and Rice, and the addition of the Foley facility is an exciting step forward in their mission to bring quality healthcare to more communities in the region.
